The Best Inflatable Water Slide for Kids
Bounceland Island Water Park Slide
The Bounceland Island Water Park Inflatable Slide is much more than just a water slide as it features a rather large lagoon style splash pool as well as a fun tunnel and basketball hoop.
Climb up the easy-to-climb wall on the side as you then slip and slide down the 6 foot slide right into a fun wading pool full of water. The depth of the pool is approximately 1.5 feet.
Although it may not be the largest backyard inflatable you do need ample room for it as it is 22 feet in length and over 13 feet wide.
The water slide inflates quickly as it only takes less than 2 minutes if you use the blow motor that is included with the slide.
The water park is made with a heavy duty, punture-proof material that gives it durability to last over and over again. There is a patch kit that is included with the pool in case you end up snagging it on something sharp.
It also includes anchor stakes to help ensure stability of the inflatable and make it much safer for kids
There is a user weight that you should be sure of before buying. The manufacturer recommends an individual user weight of less than 100 pounds. This means that most kids up to around age 12 or so should be able to use the slide.
This is a nice inflatable water slide with a splash pool in case you want something more than just a simple slide or you have multiple children who will be playing with the item.
Blast Zone Hydro Rush Water Slide
The Hydro Rush from Blast Zone is another great option for a backyard inflatable water slide. It features a long, curved slide along with a smaller splash pool and even a cool water cannon on the side.
It does come with a blower that easily inflates it under two minutes so you can start filling it up with water and your kids can be slipping and sliding in no time.
To get up to the slide there is a super fun but pretty easy climbing wall. At the top of the slide are two water sprayers to keep the slide wet and slippery so kids can slide down with no problems.
It is recommended for ages 3 years and up. The user weight limit is slightly lower than the Slide N’ Splash as it is only 100 pounds. But that still means that most kids around 10-11 years and younger should be able to play on the water park.
It is large enough for a 6 kid capacity as it is a larger water slide that measures approximately 18’L x 11’W x 8’H.
The inflatable is lightweight and even portable with an included storage case but is also durable. There are included anchors for the inflatable to for stability as well.
This backyard water park is nice for kids who want to slide but who also may just want to splash around in the water at times. It also works great for multiple kids and even for parties.
Best Inflatable Water Park with Two Slides
If you really want to go all out with your backyard inflatable water slide, then consider the Blast Zone Crocodile Isle Water Park.
This double inflatable water slide will absolutely be the hit of the neighborhood. How much fun could you see your kids having being able to climb and slide down into the water all day long?
Since this does feature the two slides as wall the climbing wall in the middle be prepared for this inflatable to take up more room in your backyard. The total measurements are approximately 14’L x 22’W x 8’H.
And of course the front of the inflatable as a shallow splash pool area for kids to play in as well as safely slide into. Kids can even hang out at the top of the slide platform as it has enough room to accommodate two children up there.
The blower is included and it only takes approximately 2 minutes to completely inflate the water park. There are also anchors included to give it more stability and make it safer for your children.
It is double and quadrupled stitched to help ensure durability as well as hours and hours of fun. Blast Zone is known for their high quality inflatable water park systems.
The recommended maximum weight for each child is 100 pounds and the recommended capacity is 6 children. This would be awesome for birthday parties or if you just have more than one child who tends to play over at your house.
You will not be disappointed in this inflatable as it really is huge and the picture above doesn’t even do it justice.
If you really want to go with the best and you have more than on child, I completely recommend the Crocodile Isle Inflatable Water Park.
Best Inflatable Water Slide for Toddlers and Younger Kids
If you have a toddler or even a younger preschooler and are looking for something slightly smaller or geared more towards the younger kids, then check out the Little Tikes Rocky Mountain River Race.
This inflatable water park features two smaller slides on the side and then an easy climbing wall in the middle to get up to the slides.
The reason why I recommend this slide for toddlers and younger kids is because the weight limit is only 350 pounds total. The capacity is only 4 kids which means that it is only recommended for younger kids under around 85 or so pounds. Now most toddlers don’t weight anywhere near 85 pounds so it definitely could be used for older kids but just not as old as the slides mentioned above.
It does come with the blower to easily inflate it as well as a repair kit. It also comes with a storage bag and anchors like most other water parks.
This backyard inflatable is a great way to cool off younger kids and you can have a lot more fun with this than any old little wading pool in the backyard.
Blast Zone Tropical Splash
If you are just looking for an inexpensive inflatable water slide for your toddler, you may want to check out the Tropical Splash slide.
This is a bit cheaper than the larger inflatable water parks as it is has less to it, but is still a ton of fun.
Kids can climb the stairs in the back and then slide down into the splash pool at the bottom.
The inflatable measures 12.5’L by 5.5’W by 5.5’H. It is recommended for kids 75 pounds and under.
It comes with the GFCI blower for easy inflating as well as ground stakes and a carrying case.
If you are looking for a small and portable inflatable water slide, then this one may just be the perfect option for your family. No huge sets to take down and it inflates and deflates mere minutes.
Best Inflatable Water Park with Slide and Bounce House
Blast Zone Pirate Bay Inflatable Combo Water Slide and Bounce
If you don’t mind spending a bit more money or you simply want something more than your usual inflatable water slide with splash pool, then the Pirate Bay Slide and Bounce may just be the perfect option for you.
This inflatable offers more than just “wet” fun for kids as it includes an attached side bouncer away from the water. There is even a cool little tunnel that leads into the bouncer which makes a nice lounging or hiding spot for kids.
You do also get the splash pool area in front of the slide as well as two really fun spraying water cannons that go right into the pool.
Plus kids will love the pirate ship theme that even includes pirate flags.
This is a rather large inflatable so be sure to keep that into consideration as it is 20 feet wide.
It comes with the blower and inflates in approximately 2 minutes. It does include anchors as well.
The child’s weight limit is 100 pounds while the capacity recommendation is 4.
This is a nice alternative to just having the water slide as you can even use the slide area dry on this one if you want to use it with the bouncer and not use water that day.
Best Inexpensive Water Slide for the Backyard
If you don’t have a few hundred dollars to spend on an inflatable water slide for your kids, then you can still find some great options that are a lot less inexpensive. They may not be as large as the more expensive ones or even come with as many features but kids will still love sliding in the water.
The Intex Surf N’ Slide Inflatable sells for a much lower price than any of the items above and can still be a good option for parents on a strict budget.
As you can see the water slide doesn’t come with a huge attached splash pool but that doesn’t mean it still can’t be a lot of fun for kids. The bottom of the slide does fill with water though and offers plenty of splashing when sliding.
It does come with two inflatable surf riders for the slide and the bottom of the slide does feature a landing mat for extra padding for safety reasons.
This is a nice alternative to a regular kiddie pool as you can buy it at a good, affordable price. This is also nice for families that may not have large backyards to fit the huge inflatable water parks in as well.
This is definitely the best traditional inflatable water slide especially when you compare it to the cheaper slip n’ slide type water slides that don’t last very long.
The recommended weight limit is 176 pounds which means even older kids can ride down this slide.
Although many of these slides are on the expensive side (check out my recommendation for the best inexpensive slide) when you buy a quality one you will get many uses out of it and even be able to use it more than one year if stored properly.
They also can be a nice way to make some really great summer memories with your kids as you spend time outdoors, splashing around and enjoying the sun.
If you choose to buy any of these best inflatable water slides for your backyard you will definitely have some happy kids who will spend hours and hours outside this summer. Any of then are worth their money to see your kids be active and be outdoors.
